Processing Requirements

Deer meat must be boneless and cannot be ground.

Only CLEAN, boneless meat accepted — no hair, dirt, or debris.

Must be in FOOD SAFE zip-lock bags or buckets.

No trash bags, coolers, or containers.

Minimum 15 lbs deer meat per item.

Meat may be fresh or frozen.
